Unique Enterprises was established three decades ago in the year 1989, by Mr. Altaf Shaikh (Director) & Mr. Sandeep Pawar (Director). They are renowned Civil Engineer with vast experience. During the inception years of “Unique Enterprises" the first project awarded was the construction of 4 buildings having 16 flats ''Jay Prakash Society'' at Hadapsar which was successfully completed in merely ONE YEAR. As the “Unique Enterprises " expanded and spread its wings wide with ” Mr. Gulam Madani Shaikh Mr. Tabish shaikh and became the partners with their diverse knowledge and experience in the areas of construction and real estate development. And now the Renowned Unique enterprises has got its new name as “Unique Contracts Private Limited ” We, at “Unique Contracts Pvt. Ltd.” have successfully constructed various high rise towers, residential and commercial projects with all the relevant amenities.
